TG is a 46 year old female. She complained of pain in both her left and right buttocks. Prior to coming to The Centeno-Schultz Clinic, she was on numerous medications and nine months of physical therapy. LD is a 36 year old female with 8 years of lower back and buttock pain. Prior to seeing us, she had a lumbar fusion, months of physical therapy, and several epidural steroid injections.
