On September 22, 2005, Dominga was involved in a car accident that would change her life. As a result of this car accident she had headaches, upper neck pain, pain in the shoulder and shoulder blades, and pain in the left arm and lower back. She went to see her family practice doctor who immediately sent her to see Dr. Schultz. She started on IMS and had a few procedures including Myobloc injections, and radiofrequency, as well as physical therapy. She is still in physical therapy at this time. Dominga's advice to anyone who has pain of any kind is to visit The Centeno-Schultz Clinic. She says that as a result of Dr. Schultz working with her in her pain management care she feels the best she has ever felt and she is very excited to be released soon. She went from headaches every night to one headache every so often and to her that is all the difference in the world.
