                                         Knee Pain

TG is a 46 year old female.  She complained of pain in both her left and right buttocks.  Prior to coming to The Centeno-Schultz Clinic, she was on numerous medications and nine months of physical therapy.  Once at Centeno-Schultz Clinic, we tried IMS (Intramuscular Stimulation), epidurals, and prolotherapy in her sacroiliac joint.  Her outcome was very good and she now functions with a meaningful life.

RT is a 46 year old female. She came to The Centeno-Schultz Clinic complaining of severe headaches and neck pain after a rear end car accident.  We tried both IMS and cervical radiofrequency three times.  Each RF treatments provided approximately one year of 90% pain relief.  She now lives her life without daily headaches and has full range of motion.

JW is a 50 year old paraplegic who had severe thoracic pain.  His previous doctors saw a cyst on his spinal cord.  They thought this was causing pain and subsequently removed it with major neurosurgery. Unfortunately, there was no relief of pain.  He was sent to The Centeno-Schultz Clinic by his doctor.  We diagnosed a thoracic muscle enthesopathy at the rib insertions of multiple muscles (these are the only thing left holding his ribcage up).  We performed IMS and prolotherapy under x-ray for the ribs.  Since his treatments at The Centeno-Schultz Clinic, his pain has gone from near suicidal to minimal.

LD is a 36 year old female with 8 years of lower back and buttock pain.  Prior to seeing us, she had a lumbar fusion, months of physical therapy, and several epidural steroid injections.  When she came to The Centeno-Schultz Clinic, we injected both sacroiliac joints and did some trigger point injections as well. She reported significant pain relief. We then started prolotherapy.  Today she had a major reduction in pain and has regained full range of motion.

WP came to us with mid thoracic pain and radiation burning. He had tried epidurals and facets procedures prior to coming to The Centeno-Schultz Clinic.  After evaluation, we decided to continue with the facet procedures and also include some prolotherapy. As a result of his treatments, WP was able to discontinue medication use and his radiating pain subsided.  He also had a decrease in thoracic pain and increase in range of motion.

NB is a 35 year old female with a 5 year history of pelvic pain without preceding trauma.  She rated the pain as a 5 out of 10 on a pain scale, deep in character, constant in duration localized at the mid pubis symphysis without radicular pain. The pain prevented NB from walking, running, exercising, and playing with her children. Her treatments prior to coming to The Centeno-Schultc Clinic included narcotics, muscle relaxants, exploratory surgery, hernia repair, MRI, CT, GYN consults.  In total she saw 12 doctors, underwent 1 surgery, and multiple studies, all with no benefit. When she finally came to see us we began prolotherapy of her pubis symphysis. The result was an 80% improvement in pain.  She was able to walk and play with her children again.
