From Denver

We are located just blocks from the FlatIron Crossing Mall in Broomfield from Denver Highway 36 west to East Flat Crossing Dr exit turn left at the stop light and this turns into W. Flat Iron Crossing Drive, continue thru 7 stoplights to Summit Blvd, Go left on Summit Blvd 403 Summit Blvd is on the right hand side just after the curve in the road. We are across from Lakeshore Athletic Club. We are in Suite 201. First suite on the left.

From Denver International Airport (DIA)

Take Pena Blvd out of the airport to 1-70 West. Merge onto I-270 West. Take 270 to Highway 36 West towards Boulder. Exit East Flat Crossing Dr, turn left at the stop light and this turns into W. Flat Iron Crossing Drive, continue thru 7 stoplights to Summit Blvd, Go left on Summit Blvd 403 Summit Blvd is on the right hand side just after the curve in the road. We are across from Lakeshore Athletic Club. We are in Suite 201. First suite on the left.

From Golden

Head North on Hwy 93 toward Boulder. Turn right on Hwy 128, just past the National Wind Technology Center. You will be heading east. Make a left on McCaslin Blvd, heading North. Make a right on Coalton, the first stoplight you will come to. Continue east on Coalton. You will pass Walgreen’s on the right. Make a right at the next stoplight. This is Summit Blvd. You will see Summit Bank on the South East corner of Summit Blvd. and Coalton. Our clinic is on the left, just behind the Summit Bank building. Make a left into the parking lot where you see a colorful sign that says Summit Office Park. The clinic entrance is on the upper level, first suite on the left.

From Boulder

Take Highway 36 East exit on West Flatiron Crossing Dr. Cross over Coalton and the street will turn into Summit Blvd. 403 Summit is on the right hand side just after the curve in the road. We are across from Lakeshore Athletic Club. We are in Suite 201. First suite on the left.
